Slimline 3-piston calipers with 13 in slotted two-piece rotors cover the front of the 1998-2005 Lexus GS430 JZS161. The design is a single-side piston caliper that is described as fitting behind wheels with limited clearance, which helps on tighter wheel setups. It suits owners who want a front-only upgrade with a slotted look on this generation of GS.
The package includes two Slimline calipers, two two-piece slotted rotors with aluminum center bells, and SC5 street brake pads for the front axle. Caliper color and center bell upgrades are selected during configuration, and the calipers are one-piece billet aluminum. Center bell upgrades can be chosen during configuration if you want a different hub finish.
The OEM handbrake will not function with this kit. Confirm fitment with the year, make and model checker, keep part number BKLX050-332SO in mind, and check a wheel of 17 in or larger against the template, barrel and spokes.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
