FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

Ksport USA products can be purchased directly through us via our website or over the phone, or, through one of our carefully selected authorized dealers.

If you placed your order through one of our authorized dealers then you must contact the dealer directly to check the status of your order. We cannot pull up an order that was placed by one of our dealers with your name and address.  The dealer will contact us to check status and relay that information to you.

If you ordered directly from us over the phone or via our website, please call our sales department to check status of your order.  If you ordered over the phone, please have the complete name the order was placed under ready when you speak to our sales team.  If you ordered via our website, please have your order number that you received in your email confirmation ready.

If you need to modify your order please call our sales team immediately as an email may not be received in time, go to junk mail folders, or have some other sort of delay. If an order has already been issued a tracking number it cannot be cancelled or changed. In that event, please call us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) when you receive your item.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM. For website or phone orders an email confirmation is sent out within 10-15 minutes of your order being placed. Orders placed before 2pm (MST) that are in stock items usually ship the same day but sometimes may ship the following business day.  If you are ordering and need expedited shipping please call us for faster order processing. To get updates on your order status and detailed tracking information we recommend creating an account during checkout.

Ksport USA ships via FedEx domestically and internationally. See our shipping page for FedEx Ground service times. Hawaii and Alaska ship via FedEx 2-day air.  Shipments to Canada or other countries may vary, please check with our sales team for transit times.

Tracking numbers can be located two ways. If you create an account during checkout (recommended), then you will be able to check back regularly for updates on your order, shipping information and more. If you choose to checkout via a guest account, your tracking number will be automatically emailed once the order has been processed. If you do not receive your tracking number via email, please call our sales team and we can check for you.  Always check your spam/junk mail folders before contacting us for tracking information.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. For security purposes we only ship to the credit card or PayPal billing address. Unfortunately, the high amount of credit card fraud in the automotive industry has led us to this policy. 

Additional payment methods accepted include Bitcoin and Affirm Financing.
