Ksport USA Online Ordering Terms & Conditions
Ksport USA will only ship to the credit card billing address. Ksport USA is not responsible for any incorrect shipments due to incorrect entries on our website during the checkout process.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Ksport USA. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS.
We do not allow cancellations of special order items as they are built to order. Special order items include all Big Brake Kits, all Air Suspension Kits, any Coilover other than our Kontrol Pro line and vehicle specific replacement parts. All sales are final for special order items. Special order items are not returnable.
If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by a Ksport USA staff member via email with an estimated time of arrival for the part ordered.
ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. Special order items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returns must be issued a return authorization number (RMA) by our Shipping & Receiving Department. Any items shipped back to us without RMA # will be refused and sent back to you. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Used or installed items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions.
If you wish to cancel an order for an in stock item, Ksport USA must be notified prior to the item being shipped. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned to us.
All in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of the order. Back order items and/or special order items will ship once they become available. A Ksport USA staff member will contact you via email if there is a back order or special order item.
Ksport USA accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We do not accept paypal at this time. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.

Tracking numbers are available once an item has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number via email, please email email@example.com with your order number.
