Apply to become a KSport dealer

Shops, installers and distributors can apply for a KSport dealer account. Here is what you need and what happens next.

Documents to send with your application

Open the fillable agreement in Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop, complete its fields, then use Fill & Sign for each signature line. A typed name in a text field is not a digital signature. Save a copy, reopen it to confirm the entries and signatures, then attach it here or fax the signed documents to 480-829-8103.

Dealer application
Before you applyKSport dealer accounts require these documents. Download, complete and sign the two PDFs, including both signature sections in the dealer agreement, then attach everything here, fax it to 480-829-8103, or email it to [email protected].
  1. Fillable KSport Dealer Agreement and MAP confirmation (PDF)
  2. Credit-card authorization form (PDF)
  3. Copy of your business license
  4. Sales tax permit
  5. Resale certificate
