RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

In the event you need to return your Ksport product, the unused item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Used or installed items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions. Installation costs are not covered by Ksport USA for any returned product. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that an error occurred on our part with your order, we will arrange for the package to be returned to us and for a replacement to be shipped. All returns are subject to approval by Ksport USA. Ksport USA is not responsible for any fitment issues due to incorrect selections on our website during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to confirm correct fitment prior to ordering.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued within 30 days of receiving the product if you need to return the product for any reason. RMA numbers can be obtained by completing a return request via our contact form here.

Any items shipped back to us without an RMA number clearly displayed on the box will be refused and sent back to you. If a package without an RMA number was accepted by our Shipping and Receiving Department, it can take up to 15 business days to be processed. Authorized Returns are processed within 5-7 business days not including weekends, holidays, or the day the package was received. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Used or installed items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or incomplete shipments 

You must inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. If you received a damaged product, you must keep the product with its original packaging materials for the carrier to investigate. After reporting the loss/damage to the carrier, Ksport USA must be notified immediately with details and photos regarding the damaged or incomplete shipment. Our team will then schedule for the item to be returned to us if needed or provide the proper support for a shipment claim. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the condition and either issue a replacement or a credit if applicable. Do not send any items back to the return address without first obtaining an RMA number from Ksport USA. 

Due to the wide array of vehicle applications, many Ksport USA products feature general descriptions and/or photos. For vehicle specific application information not clearly listed on the product page please contact our team prior to completing your purchase. Items are not considered an incorrect or incomplete order in the event of a generic photo or description and are therefore not subject to a full refund. It is your responsibility to confirm application specific information with a Ksport representative prior to completing your purchase. We reserve the right to change and modify the design of Ksport products at any time. 

Special Orders

We do not allow cancellations, returns or exchanges of special-order items as they are built to order. Special order items include all Big Brake Kits, all Air Suspension Kits, any Coilover other than our Kontrol Pro line and vehicle specific replacement parts. All sales are final for special order items. Special order items may take up to 2-6 weeks to build and cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been placed. If you need to make changes to a special-order item, you must contact the Ksport team within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refused Shipments

In the event where a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer refuses delivery, or the item is not picked up from a FedEx facility, it will take up to 15 business days to be processed by our shipping & receiving department. The client will be billed for any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. All undeliverable products returned to Ksport USA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Ksport USA will only ship to the credit card or PayPal billing address. Ksport USA is not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable shipments due to errors with entries on our website during the checkout process.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order for an in-stock item, Ksport USA must be notified prior to the item being shipped. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned to us. Special order items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed.

Ksport USA reserves the right to change or amend our return policy without notice at any time.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, please complete a return request via our web form within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure the return process is efficient and goes smoothly, please have your order number available. Once your order is verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Used or installed items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions.

If you received an incorrect product which was our fault, please notify us by completing a return request via our web form here within 30 days of receiving the product and we will handle the exchange of parts at no cost to you.  Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in order to avoid return shipping fees. Always inspect all parts for defects or damage prior to installing them on your vehicle.

Any circumstances where a replacement product was sent due to our fault, we will send you a FedEx return label to send the product back to us. If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
