Rally — extended stroke and heavy-duty mounts for asphalt (AR) or gravel (GR)
Two rally-specific systems. Asphalt Rally (AR) uses extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and large-diameter pistons for cooling on tarmac stages. Gravel Rally (GR) builds on Kontrol Pro with a lengthened stroke, 250–270 mm springs, and heavy-duty steel top plates and lower mounts, adjustable ±30 mm from OE ride height.

Anatomy
Gravel Rally springs range from 250 mm to 270 mm with extended cylinder length and piston stroke, greatly improving handling over uneven and bumpy roads. Height range varies per vehicle and does not exceed OE ride height.
Asphalt Rally uses inverted shocks on many MacPherson applications, moving the gas/oil chamber away from the knuckle and brakes to reduce heat transfer and unsprung weight.
Strengthened steel lower mounts are standard on MacPherson applications; Gravel Rally adds heavy-duty steel upper mounts on most applications. Wishbone and multi-link applications use the standard aluminum mounts.
Gravel Rally kits use unique hardened-rubber pillowball top mounts on MacPherson applications to absorb repeated impacts from loose surfaces.
Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment across 36 levels, with carefully selected per-application spring rates and damping to stabilize the car over uneven roads.
Inverted applications use 55 mm bodies for added oil capacity and cooling under sustained stage loads.
