Any returns must have a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued by a Ksport USA staff member, if not they will be refused. All items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Any product that has been installed is not returnable, no exceptions. Orders placed before 2pm (MST) that are in stock items usually ship the same day but sometimes may ship the following business day.
