With that settled, the Asphalt Rally Spec AR set uses 10 kg/mm front and 8 kg/mm rear springs, an extended stroke and large 55 mm shock bodies for added oil capacity and cooling under sustained stage loads. Strengthened steel lower mounts are standard on MacPherson applications, and the hardened-rubber pillowball tops belong to the Gravel Rally line rather than this kit. Damping is adjusted on 36 levels, one knob per damper, with compression and rebound changing together.
The box contains four assembled coilovers, upper mounts, damping knobs and spanner wrenches. Height is set at the adjustable lower mount. Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
