Airtech Pro Plus puts four application-specific air struts with 36-way damping and adjustable lower mounts on the 2015 to 2018 Volkswagen Golf MK7, including the GTI and excluding TDI models. A Viair 444C compressor and air tank supply the air, and a digital manifold runs the system.
No switches or gauges need wiring, because a single full-colour OLED remote controls four-corner independent operation. Leveling is automatic and pressure-based, and the remote displays tank and bag pressure at all four corners.
Damping is set with the included knob at 36 levels per strut. Hoses, wiring and manuals come with the kit. The KSport electronic damping cancellation kit EDCVW360 is available for this application, so confirm the match with the year, make and model checker before ordering. Recheck the system after the first 500 miles or one month, and to check for leaks inflate to 70 psi and spray each fitting with soapy water.
