Product details
Version RR Road Race coilovers suit the 1998 to 2002 Toyota Corolla. The four assembled coilovers are sprung and valved for this application, with 14 kg/mm front springs and 12 kg/mm rear springs. These are aggressive race rates, and the shock stroke is 20 to 30 mm shorter than street kits.
Proven spring rates are the standard choice, and custom rates are available if your build needs something different. The shocks are valved to the rates you select. Damping has 36 levels with one knob per damper, and upgraded bumpstops are included to keep the shock from bottoming out over uneven pavement. Begin at 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff.
Adjustable lower mounts keep full travel while the car is lowered, and pillowball upper mounts carry camber adjustment on MacPherson-strut fronts. Set camber at the lower-mount hole first, then fine-tune at the upper plate. Plan on professional setup and alignment after install, and confirm fitment with the year, make and model checker before buying.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment. Set full soft for a comfortable cruising setting for normal driving.
Version RR kits include upgraded bumpstops to prevent the shock from bottoming out over uneven pavement or harsh road conditions.
Aggressive spring rates and valving with a 20–30 mm shorter shock stroke. Choose proven spring rates or your own custom rates; the shocks are valved to what you select.
Many MacPherson applications have pillowball upper mounts; the patented bearing design combats noise and improves steering feel and response.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum; steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
