Product details
Two-piece cross-drilled rotors at 14 in (356 mm) are the core of this Procomp front kit for the 2017-2018 Toyota 86. Eight-piston billet calipers grip each rotor, and aluminum center bells sit on the hubs.
Cross-drilled rotors are a sensible match for a street-driven 86 that sees the occasional spirited run. SC1 street pads, braided stainless lines and CNC-machined brackets with hardware are part of the set. The series text says 8-pot calipers are typical on 13 in and 14 in systems, and it describes the opposed-piston layout as improving pad wear over OEM.
Check the 86 with the year, make and model checker before buying, and record part number BKSC080-841CO for the front axle. The page gives 18 in or larger as a wheel planning rule, roughly 4 in over the rotor, to be confirmed against your wheel barrel and spokes.
Supported features
Lightweight 6-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in front systems; 8-pot calipers on 13 in and 14 in. The opposed-piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM.
Lightweight 2-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in rear kits; 4-pot on 13 in and 14 in systems.
Two-piece rotors provide light weight, fade-free performance and grip on the track with comfortable, easy operation under normal driving.
CNC-machined carbon steel brackets let the larger calipers bolt to the OEM caliper bracket location.
Cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily-driven vehicles; slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use.
NAOC ceramic street pads (194–1022°F operating range) reduce dust and rotor wear; DOT-compliant stainless braided lines resist expansion for a firmer, quicker pedal.
Standard painted orange, red, black, and yellow; premium high-polish silver, gold, and titanium; glassy and hard-anodized finishes; over 20,000 custom colors on request.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
