Rated 16 kg/mm at both ends, these Version RR coilovers suit the 2002 to 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX. The WRX STI of 2002 to 2004 is also listed. Aggressive race rates are standard, and custom rates are available if you prefer your own spring choice. Use the checker by year, make and model to confirm your car before buying.
Shock stroke here is 20 to 30 mm shorter than street kits. Upgraded bumpstops stop the shock from bottoming out over rough pavement, and the 36 levels move the car from a comfortable cruise to a firm track setup.
Set the car down at the adjustable lower mount, lock each collar with both spanner wrenches, and begin damping at 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff. Pillowball upper mounts on many MacPherson applications sharpen steering feel, so alignment work can start from a good baseline.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
