Product details
The GT Pro coilover kit fits the 2008 to 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX (GH8, sedan and hatchback) and suits drivers who want firmer control on the road and at the track. Front and rear springs are both rated 8.7 kg/mm, so the car is balanced from end to end. Four assembled coilovers come sprung and valved for this application.
The shock bodies are 55 mm monotube units, and each damper has 36 levels of adjustment using its own knob. Start 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff, then move in small steps and note the setting for each corner so you can return to it after a change.
Adjustable lower mounts let you set ride height while keeping full shock travel. The pillowball upper mounts on MacPherson-strut fronts carry camber adjustment, and the all-steel pillowball transmits more noise than rubber, which is normal for this type of part. Lock each collar with both spanner wrenches, then book a professional setup and alignment. Confirm fitment with the year, make and model checker first.
Supported features
All KSport coilovers offer 36 levels of damping adjustment. Damping alters compression and rebound together for effective, easy-to-use changes.
GT Pro uses 55mm shock bodies for added oil capacity and cooling efficiency, so they hold up better under the sustained stress of track driving.
Strengthened steel lower mounts are standard on MacPherson-strut applications. Wishbone and multi-link applications use the standard aluminum lower mount, as on other KSport coilover kits.
A heavy-duty, all-steel pillowball adds strength and sharper steering response. Expect slightly more noise than an OEM rubber mount — that trade-off is normal for this class of part.
The inverted front design moves the gas/oil chamber farther from the knuckle and braking system, reducing heat transfer and unsprung weight for better handling and responsiveness.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
