Product details
Drifting loads a car's suspension in ways that grip driving does not, and Slide Kontrol is KSport's answer. CNS260-SK covers the 2003 to 2008 Nissan 350z (Z33), with springs at 14 kg/mm in front and 8.7 kg/mm in the rear, and the rear is a true rear coilover.
The page describes the damping as roughly 30 to 50 percent stiffer than Kontrol Pro, and the stiffer springs assist initiation while drifting. Helper springs are included on some applications. For MacPherson applications the shocks are inverted with 55 mm bodies, which add oil capacity and cooling for sustained use at events, and the lower mounts are strengthened steel. The pillowball top mount includes camber adjustment, which is useful because you will likely run aggressive alignment settings.
You still have 36 damping levels, so a cruise setting for the drive home is available. The kit is also listed for the 2003 to 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe and the 2003 to 2006 G35 Sedan. Verify fitment with the year/make/model checker, and have the alignment done by someone who knows what you intend to do with the car.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment. Set damping to full soft for a comfortable cruising setting for normal driving.
Configured with roughly 30–50% stiffer shock damping than Kontrol Pro; stiffer spring rates assist initiation while drifting. Helper springs are included on some applications.
Inverted-type shocks use 55 mm bodies for added oil capacity and cooling efficiency, and perform better under sustained stress at track events.
MacPherson-strut applications use strengthened steel lower mounts for the loads of competitive drifting.
Many MacPherson applications have pillowball upper mounts with camber adjustability — helpful for alignment and removing the need for a separate camber kit.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
