This Supercomp front kit for the 1997-2001 Mitsubishi Mirage is built around 8-piston calipers and 16.6 in drilled rotors. Supercomp calipers are supplied for this application, along with SC5 street brake pads, stainless braided brake lines and caliper mounting brackets with hardware. The drilled version uses cross-drilled rotors.
Cross-drilled rotors are the everyday pick, and slotted rotors serve track-focused driving. Each rotor style is its own part number, so the choice is made at ordering.
Confirm fitment with the year, make and model checker for the Mirage, because the application is listed only for that model range. No wheel guidance figure is attached to this part, so measure your wheels against the 16.6 in rotor before purchase. The Supercomp caliper set is supplied with the kit, and the Lancer on chassis CJ4A appears in the compatibility list.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
