Product details
The GT Pro coilovers are built for the 1992 to 1996 Mitsubishi Mirage with the CA4A chassis and front-wheel drive, and the Lancer of the same years is also listed. Each damper uses a 55mm monotube body, which gives extra oil capacity and cooling for hard use, and the steel shock bodies are zinc-plated against corrosion. Use the year, make and model checker to verify fitment ahead of purchase.
Spring rates are 7.5 kg/mm at the front and 5.3 kg/mm at the rear. Each damper carries 36 levels of adjustment that changes compression and rebound together, so you can set the car for everyday driving or for a session on track. The upper mount is a high-strength all-steel pillowball, which sharpens steering response, and you should expect slightly more noise than an OEM rubber mount, which is normal for this class of part.
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one, start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff, and lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Have the car professionally aligned after installation, and on MacPherson fronts set baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine tuning at the upper plate. The coilovers are rebuildable, and replacement parts are sold individually.
Supported features
All KSport coilovers offer 36 levels of damping adjustment. Damping alters compression and rebound together for effective, easy-to-use changes.
GT Pro uses 55mm shock bodies for added oil capacity and cooling efficiency, so they hold up better under the sustained stress of track driving.
Strengthened steel lower mounts are standard on MacPherson-strut applications. Wishbone and multi-link applications use the standard aluminum lower mount, as on other KSport coilover kits.
A heavy-duty, all-steel pillowball adds strength and sharper steering response. Expect slightly more noise than an OEM rubber mount — that trade-off is normal for this class of part.
The inverted front design moves the gas/oil chamber farther from the knuckle and braking system, reducing heat transfer and unsprung weight for better handling and responsiveness.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
