This Airtech Air Suspension kit covers the 2003 to 2005 Mitsubishi EVO 9 as its approved application, with the EVO 8 of those years also listed. It is a set of struts only: two front and two rear air strut assemblies with 36-way damping and adjustable lower mounts. The compressor, tank and controls are not included, because these struts are designed to work with most air management systems on the market. Use the year, make and model checker to confirm the struts fit your car.
Height range runs from 0 to 120 mm or 200 mm depending on the vehicle, and ride height is fine-tuned through the adjustable lower mount at any pressure. The struts are bolt-on and come with the supplied hoses and manuals. Some applications may need modification to the OEM top mounts, so check that before the install.
The tool kit includes spanner wrenches, damping adjustment knobs and application-specific brake line brackets, and the owner's manual is included. Professional installation is recommended, and every air-line connection should be rechecked after the first 500 miles or one month, whichever comes first. A complete system is sold separately if you want compressor and controls matched to the struts.
