Product details
The Deluxe package for the 1999 to 2003 Mazda Protege keeps the core hardware of the Basic kit, four struts, a Viair 444C compressor, an air tank, paddle valves and gauge, and adds control upgrades. Two electronic switches give precise control over the paddle valves, and a wireless remote lets you change ride height from outside the car.
Each strut carries 36 levels of damping adjusted with the included knob. The quick-disconnect plug takes four wires for a simpler hookup, and the hoses, wiring and manuals come in the box. The 444C can lift the car from its lowest to its highest height in as little as four seconds.
Compatibility extends to the 323 of the same years. Check fitment against the year, make and model checker before you buy, then plan a professional install and a recheck after the first 500 miles or one month.
Supported features
Run the air lines to the box, connect four wires to the quick-disconnect plug, wire the compressor and relay, and you are done. The included remote adjusts ride height from outside the vehicle.
36 levels of damping adjustment on every strut using the included damping knob.
Sleeve-type and double-bellow bags engineered to match the vehicle and its OEM suspension design.
Fine-tune ride height at any pressure through the adjustable lower mount.
The single 444C can raise the car from lowest to maximum height in as little as four seconds.
Available on certain MacPherson-strut applications.
