The Kontrol Plus 2-Way coilover suits a 2006 to 2013 Lexus IS350 (rear-wheel drive) that should be firmer and more adjustable than the Kontrol Pro. The four assembled coilovers carry 18.6 kg/mm front springs and 9.8 kg/mm rear springs, with damping 60 to 150 percent firmer than the Kontrol Pro and springs 2 to 3 kg stiffer.
Two adjustments set this system apart. Thirty-six damping levels sit at the top of each damper, and 24 nitrogen levels sit at the bottom of an external reservoir, so rebound, compression and gas pressure can be varied independently. That creates 864 possible settings for matching stance and feel.
The adjustable lower mount controls ride height while keeping shock travel, and the pillowball mounts on MacPherson fronts add camber and caster adjustment. Use both spanner wrenches on the collars, start damping 18 clicks from full stiff, and get an alignment after installation. The IS250, GS300 and GS430 are also listed for this system.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
