A rear kit for the 1998-2005 Lexus GS430 JZS161 that moves to 14 in cross-drilled rotors, clamped by four-piston Procomp calipers. It is the drilled-face option in the Procomp family for this car. The cross-drilled face is the visible change from the slotted version of this rear kit.
The package is built for the rear axle, with two Procomp calipers, two drilled rotors with aluminum center bells, and SC1 street brake pads, all sold together as one set. Caliper color is set during configuration, and the rotors are cross-drilled for a visible drilled face.
Use the year, make and model checker to confirm the GS430 application, then match part number BKLX050-443CO. An 18 in or larger wheel is the planning rule, with about 4 in over the rotor, so measure the barrel and spokes against the template first.
Supported features
Lightweight 6-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in front systems; 8-pot calipers on 13 in and 14 in. The opposed-piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM.
Lightweight 2-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in rear kits; 4-pot on 13 in and 14 in systems.
Two-piece rotors provide light weight, fade-free performance and grip on the track with comfortable, easy operation under normal driving.
CNC-machined carbon steel brackets let the larger calipers bolt to the OEM caliper bracket location.
Cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily-driven vehicles; slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use.
NAOC ceramic street pads (194–1022°F operating range) reduce dust and rotor wear; DOT-compliant stainless braided lines resist expansion for a firmer, quicker pedal.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.

12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
