The Kontrol Sport coilover for the 2014 to 2015 Infiniti Q40X AWD is a four-coilover set with 36 levels of damping adjustment and an adjustable lower mount. The front spring rate is 18 and the rear spring rate is 9.8, and the aluminum upper mounts on this application have no camber adjustment.
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where this application has one, and use the spring perch only where it does not. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start the damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there, since the monotube body and valving are tuned for the Kontrol Sport setup.
Professional setup and alignment are required after installation. The same coilovers are also listed for the 2006 to 2010 Infiniti M45X and M35X AWD models, the 2009 to 2013 G37X, and the 2003 to 2008 G35X sedan AWD. Confirm your car with the year, make and model checker before ordering.

Many MacPherson-strut applications use pillowball top mounts front and rear, installing to OEM specifications. The patented mount adds adjustability, combats noise, and sharpens steering feel and response.
Most applications adjust ride height without losing suspension travel, so you reach the height you want without bottoming out the shock. Separate rear shock-and-spring applications adjust at the spring perch and lower mount.
KSport's advanced upper pillowball mount is available on many applications, giving separate camber and caster adjustment for alignment work and removing the need for a separate camber kit.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant build. Steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.
