Product details
The 14 in slotted rear Procomp kit is made for the 2011-2012 Infiniti M56 Y51, RWD and AWD including sport models. Four-piston billet aluminum calipers clamp 356 mm two-piece slotted rotors, and the slots suit an owner who expects the rear brakes to work hard on fast back roads or at a track day.
Slotted 356 mm rotors arrive with four-piston billet calipers in this 14 in rear Procomp kit for the Y51 M56. SC1 street pads, braided lines and caliper brackets complete the box, and the Q70 RWD and M37 are listed as well.
Confirm the rim clearance first, since the planning figure is 18 in or larger with about 4 in over the rotor. Use the KSport template on your barrel and spokes, and remember that the factory handbrake stops functioning once this kit is installed.
Supported features
Lightweight 6-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in front systems; 8-pot calipers on 13 in and 14 in. The opposed-piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM.
Lightweight 2-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in rear kits; 4-pot on 13 in and 14 in systems.
Two-piece rotors provide light weight, fade-free performance and grip on the track with comfortable, easy operation under normal driving.
CNC-machined carbon steel brackets let the larger calipers bolt to the OEM caliper bracket location.
Cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily-driven vehicles; slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use.
NAOC ceramic street pads (194–1022°F operating range) reduce dust and rotor wear; DOT-compliant stainless braided lines resist expansion for a firmer, quicker pedal.
Standard painted orange, red, black, and yellow; premium high-polish silver, gold, and titanium; glassy and hard-anodized finishes; over 20,000 custom colors on request.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
