Kontrol Sport valving sits above the Kontrol Pro in firmness, and this CIN020-SP kit is set up for the 2008-2013 Infiniti G25 V36, coupe and RWD sedan, with the convertible excluded. Springs are rated 14 kg/mm at the front and 6.3 kg/mm at the rear, while the valving is listed at 30% stiffer than the Kontrol Pro.
The adjuster on each damper gives 36 levels, and compression and rebound change together as you turn it. The adjustable lower mount sets the ride height and keeps full suspension travel, while the monotube, high-pressure body dissipates heat and resists aeration. The aluminum mounts, collars and spring perches are 6061-T6 billet.
This is a true rear coilover, so match the rear setup carefully. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches, set height at the lower mount, and begin the damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff. The G35 sedan from 2007 to 2008, excluding AWD, and the G37 from 2008 to 2013 are also listed, so verify your car on the fitment checker.

Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder. Compared with twin-tube construction, a monotube dissipates heat faster and more evenly, allows finer damping adjustment, and resists aeration and cavitation for consistent ride quality.
Many MacPherson-strut applications use pillowball top mounts front and rear, installing to OEM specifications. The patented mount adds adjustability, combats noise, and sharpens steering feel and response.
Most applications adjust ride height without losing suspension travel, so you reach the height you want without bottoming out the shock. Separate rear shock-and-spring applications adjust at the spring perch and lower mount.
KSport's advanced upper pillowball mount is available on many applications, giving separate camber and caster adjustment for alignment work and removing the need for a separate camber kit.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant build. Steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
