Product details
Version RR is the competition-minded coilover in the line, and for the 2009 to 2014 Honda Fit it pairs 12 kg/mm springs at all four corners with aggressive valving. The shock stroke is 20 to 30 mm shorter than street kits, which suits a car lowered for smooth circuits, and upgraded bumpstops help stop the shock bottoming out over rough pavement.
The page notes you can choose proven spring rates or supply your own custom rates, and the shocks are valved to what you select. Even so, the dampers still offer 36 levels; set full soft for a comfortable cruising setting when the car is used normally, then firm it up for the track day. Oil and gas stay separated in a monotube high-pressure body for steadier damping.
A patented pillowball bearing at the top mount is credited with fighting noise and improving steering response. The package has four assembled coilovers, upper mounts with camber adjustment on the fronts, knobs and spanner wrenches. Mounts, collars and perches are billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Start 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff, secure the collars with both wrenches and arrange a professional alignment. The CR-Z also appears in the listing; verify fitment with the year, make and model checker.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment. Set full soft for a comfortable cruising setting for normal driving.
Version RR kits include upgraded bumpstops to prevent the shock from bottoming out over uneven pavement or harsh road conditions.
Aggressive spring rates and valving with a 20–30 mm shorter shock stroke. Choose proven spring rates or your own custom rates; the shocks are valved to what you select.
Many MacPherson applications have pillowball upper mounts; the patented bearing design combats noise and improves steering feel and response.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum; steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
