Product details
Airtech Basic is the straightforward way to put a 1994 to 1997 Honda Accord CD on air. It is a complete system, so you are not hunting for parts: four application-specific struts, a Viair 444C compressor, a 5-gallon black steel tank, manual paddle valves and a dual-needle 200 psi gauge. Hoses, wiring and installation manuals are included too.
Control is deliberately simple. Paddle valves run the front and rear bags, and the gauge sits next to the switches so you always see pressure. The single 444C can raise the car from lowest to maximum height in as little as four seconds, according to the page. Each strut carries 36 levels of damping adjustment; put in the knob and turn counterclockwise for softer, clockwise for stiffer.
Like KSport coilovers, the struts have an adjustable lower mount, so height can be fine-tuned at any pressure. Air bags are sleeve-type or double-bellow depending on the OEM suspension design. Higher tiers with electronic control are separate part numbers. Professional installation is recommended, and the system should be rechecked after 500 miles or one month. The kit is also listed for the 1990 to 1993 Accord and the Acura CL; verify fitment with the year, make and model checker.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment let you dial in the air struts. Insert the included damping knob and turn softer (counterclockwise) or stiffer (clockwise).
Air bags are engineered to match the vehicle. Sleeve-type and double-bellow bags are used depending on the OEM suspension design.
Like KSport coilovers, the struts allow fine-tuning of ride height at any pressure through an adjustable lower mount.
Chosen for reliability and performance; the single 444C can raise the car from lowest to maximum height in as little as four seconds. Airtech Basic and Deluxe raise in 4–7 seconds; Pro Plus and Executive raise faster, in 2–5 seconds.
Paddle valves control front and rear bags; the dual-needle gauge mounts beside the switches so pressure is always visible.
Camber-adjustable top mounts can be added on certain MacPherson-strut applications.

Choices for this system
Basic (paddle valves and gauge), Deluxe (electronic switches and remote), Pro Plus (OLED remote, four-corner control) and Executive (adds height sensors and auto-leveling) are separate part numbers for this vehicle; compare them on the Air Suspension page.
Available on certain MacPherson-strut applications; ask a technician whether they apply to this vehicle.
Installation
Bolt-on struts with supplied hoses, wiring and manuals; professional installation is recommended. Recheck the system after the first 500 miles or one month; to check for leaks, inflate to 70 psi and spray each fitting with soapy water.
