Product details
The 2011 to 2017 Ford Fiesta is a car people drive hard, and part number CMZ260-AR from the Asphalt Rally series is designed to be driven hard on pavement. Front springs are rated 6.3 kg/mm and the rear 3 kg/mm, which gives a soft-ish tail that helps the car rotate.
Underneath is the Asphalt Rally formula: extended stroke, inverted steel shock absorbers, and large 55 mm bodies that carry additional oil for cooling under sustained stage loads. Hardened rubber pillowball top mounts and heavy-duty steel mounts resist flex. The 36 levels of damping can be set from comfortable cruising to a firm track-day feel, and height is set at the adjustable lower mount.
You will find four assembled coilovers, damping knobs and spanner wrenches in the box. Beyond the 2011 to 2017 model years, the page also lists the 2018 and 2019 Fiesta including ST, as well as the 2010 to 2014 Mazda 2. Please use the year/make/model checker to verify fitment, since trims and years differ, and have an alignment done by a professional.
Supported features
Gravel Rally springs range from 250 mm to 270 mm with extended cylinder length and piston stroke, greatly improving handling over uneven and bumpy roads. Height range varies per vehicle and does not exceed OE ride height.
Asphalt Rally uses inverted shocks on many MacPherson applications, moving the gas/oil chamber away from the knuckle and brakes to reduce heat transfer and unsprung weight.
Strengthened steel lower mounts are standard on MacPherson applications; Gravel Rally adds heavy-duty steel upper mounts on most applications. Wishbone and multi-link applications use the standard aluminum mounts.
Gravel Rally kits use unique hardened-rubber pillowball top mounts on MacPherson applications to absorb repeated impacts from loose surfaces.
Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment across 36 levels, with carefully selected per-application spring rates and damping to stabilize the car over uneven roads.
Inverted applications use 55 mm bodies for added oil capacity and cooling under sustained stage loads.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
