Airtech Basic for the 2011-2018 Dodge Charger (CCY030-ABA) is a complete air suspension built around four application-specific struts with 36-way damping, a single Viair 444C compressor, a 5-gallon black steel tank and manual paddle valves. The dual-needle gauge sits with the valves, and hoses, wiring and manuals are all supplied.
Adjustment is by hand. The valves raise and lower the front and rear bags, while the gauge keeps pressure visible during the work. Turn the damping knob counterclockwise for softer and clockwise for stiffer, and use the adjustable lower mounts to fine-tune height at any pressure. Basic raises in four to seven seconds, while Pro Plus and Executive are quicker at two to five.
Travel spans 0-120/200 mm, depending on the vehicle. The Charger list is long, so confirm your exact year and trim with the year/make/model checker. Installation is bolt-on, and professional installation is recommended. A recheck is due at the 500-mile or one-month mark, and any leak test should use 70 psi and soapy water at each fitting.

Air bags are engineered to match the vehicle. Sleeve-type and double-bellow bags are used depending on the OEM suspension design.

Paddle valves control front and rear bags; the dual-needle gauge mounts beside the switches so pressure is always visible.
Camber-adjustable top mounts can be added on certain MacPherson-strut applications.
