Four vehicle-matched air bags, four 36-way struts and four ride-height sensors make up the Executive tier for the 1999-2003 BMW M5 E39. Those sensors are what let the system level itself, so the car can hold an even stance without anyone adjusting the controls by hand.
The OLED remote is the main interface. It shows tank and bag pressure at every corner and charges from a vehicle charger that comes in the box, with a backup 4-button remote as a spare. Behind the controls, a single VIAIR 444C compressor works with a 165-200 psi pressure switch and two 30 A relays.
Plumbing starts with a 5-gallon lightweight tank carrying two 1/4 in and two 3/8 in ports, and 25 m of 1/4 in air line is supplied with 1 m of 10 mm line. The tool kit includes spanner wrenches, damping knobs and brake-line brackets. Also listed for 1997-2003 5 Series E39 cars other than wagons.
