This Supercomp front kit gives the 2016 to 2018 BMW M4 (F82) a much larger stopping package. Each caliper is a one-piece eight-piston unit machined from billet aluminum instead of being cast or welded, which keeps thickness and strength even across the caliper block. They clamp 15.7 inch (400 mm) slotted rotors.
The rotors are a two-piece floating design with aluminum center bells. The outer ring moves slightly to self-center in the caliper, which lowers drag and gives more even application. Slotted rotors are the track-leaning choice; the cross-drilled version of this kit is aimed at daily driving, and both are listed on the Supercomp page.
Everything needed for the front axle arrives together: two calipers, two rotors, SC5 street pads, stainless-steel braided lines, CNC-machined carbon steel brackets that bolt to the OEM caliper location, and hardware. The kit works with the OEM master cylinder and ABS. Caliper finish, pad type and center bell are chosen before checkout. The M3 F80 from 2016 to 2018 is also listed, but verify fitment with the year, make and model checker.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.

12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
