The slotted rear kit for the 2016-2018 BMW M4 F82 replaces the factory rear brakes with a six-piston caliper system on 15 in two-piece slotted rotors. Slotted faces are the choice for a driver who likes to lean on the brakes at speed, and the aluminum center bells keep the rotor assembly lighter than a conventional cast disc.
Included are the calipers, slotted rotors, stainless-steel braided brake lines, caliper mounting brackets and hardware, and SC5 street pads for road use. The kit is also listed for the 2016-2018 BMW M3 in the F80 chassis, so run the year, make and model checker against the car you own. The rotor style is slotted, while a cross-drilled version is sold under its own part number.
The system works with the OEM master cylinder and ABS, which makes the installation straightforward on the listed applications. Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.

12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
