Product details
Circuit Pro 3-Way is built for track work and fits the 2001-2005 BMW M3 E46 as four assembled coilovers, sprung and valved for this application. Springs are rated 16 kg/mm in front and 18 kg/mm at the rear, firm numbers for a car that spends its weekends on a circuit.
The three-way independent system adjusts rebound, compression and nitrogen pressure, which works out to 11,664 combinations. The external reservoir is standard, though on some applications only the front gets one because rear space is limited. Stroke is 20-30 mm shorter than street kits.
On MacPherson fronts the pillowball upper mount adjusts camber and caster and replaces the stock rubber or plastic mounts to reduce flex. Monotube high-pressure bodies and 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts keep the setup consistent. The kit is also listed for 1999-2000 BMW M3 models and for 1999-2005 3 Series E46 cars from the 323i through 330i range.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment. Set damping to full soft for a comfortable cruising setting for normal driving.
Standard external reservoirs allow rebound, compression, and nitrogen pressure to be adjusted independently — 11,664 possible combinations. Some vehicles receive front reservoirs only where rear space is limited.
Aggressive spring rates and shock valving combined with a 20–30 mm shorter shock stroke. Choose proven spring rates or your own custom rates; the shocks are valved to what you select.
Standard on MacPherson-strut applications: camber and caster adjustable mounts that replace the stock rubber or plastic mounts to reduce flex.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster, more even heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum; steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
Coilover setup, height and damping guidesWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. KSport coilovers are rebuildable; replacement shocks, springs, mounts and hardware are sold individually.
