Product details
Circuit Pro 3-Way is a track-focused coilover series, here fitted to the 1995-1999 BMW M3 E36. Four assembled coilovers arrive sprung and valved for this application, with springs rated 16 kg/mm in front and 18 kg/mm at the rear, a firm setup for a car that spends time on a circuit.
External reservoirs let you adjust rebound, compression and nitrogen pressure independently, which works out to 11,664 possible combinations across the three-way system. The reservoir is front-only on some applications, so confirm your layout. The 36 levels of damping adjustment on each damper cover the rest of the tuning.
Stroke is 20-30 mm shorter than street kits, and the shocks are valved to the spring rates you select. The pillowball top mount on MacPherson fronts is standard and adjusts camber and caster, while the monotube, high-pressure body with 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts keeps the setup consistent. Set ride height on the lower mount, lock the collars with both spanner wrenches, and get a professional alignment afterward. The kit is also listed for 1992-1998 BMW 3 Series RWD 323i, 325i and 328i models.
Supported features
36 levels of damping adjustment. Set damping to full soft for a comfortable cruising setting for normal driving.
Standard external reservoirs allow rebound, compression, and nitrogen pressure to be adjusted independently — 11,664 possible combinations. Some vehicles receive front reservoirs only where rear space is limited.
Aggressive spring rates and shock valving combined with a 20–30 mm shorter shock stroke. Choose proven spring rates or your own custom rates; the shocks are valved to what you select.
Standard on MacPherson-strut applications: camber and caster adjustable mounts that replace the stock rubber or plastic mounts to reduce flex.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster, more even heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum; steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
