For the 2006-2011 BMW 3 Series sedan, this Circuit Pro 3-Way kit delivers four assembled coilovers, sprung and valved for the car. The springs match at 18 kg/mm front and rear, and the valving is set aggressive for a car that will see track time.
Rebound, compression and nitrogen pressure adjust independently on the three-way system, giving 11,664 possible combinations. A 36-level knob on each damper handles the rest of the tuning, with full soft kept for comfortable daily driving.
Custom rates are an option if the stock 18 kg/mm pair does not fit your plans, since the shocks are valved to whichever rates you select. Ride height is set on the adjustable lower mount, and shock travel stays full while lowering. The kit is also listed for 2012-2013 BMW 3 Series cars.

Standard external reservoirs allow rebound, compression, and nitrogen pressure to be adjusted independently — 11,664 possible combinations. Some vehicles receive front reservoirs only where rear space is limited.
Aggressive spring rates and shock valving combined with a 20–30 mm shorter shock stroke. Choose proven spring rates or your own custom rates; the shocks are valved to what you select.
Standard on MacPherson-strut applications: camber and caster adjustable mounts that replace the stock rubber or plastic mounts to reduce flex.
Oil and gas stay separated within the cylinder for faster, more even heat dissipation, finer damping adjustment, and consistent ride quality.
Mounts, collars, and spring perches are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum; steel shock bodies are zinc-plated for added protection from corrosion.

Installation
Set ride height with the adjustable lower mount where the application has one; use the spring perch only where the application-specific layout has no adjustable lower mount. Lock every collar with both spanner wrenches. Start damping 18 clicks counterclockwise from full stiff and adjust from there. Professional setup and alignment are required after installation; on MacPherson fronts, establish baseline camber at the elongated lower-mount hole before fine adjustment at the upper plate.
