For a 1983-1987 Audi 90 B4 that needs the largest slotted front brake package in the family, this 16.6 in Supercomp kit uses eight one-piece billet aluminum pistons on two-piece slotted rotors. It is a serious setup for a car that will be pushed hard, and the slots help the rotor shed heat and gas between repeated hard stops.
The box carries the calipers, the slotted rotors with aluminum center bells, SC5 street pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines and CNC-machined carbon steel brackets for the original caliper bracket location. The kit is listed for the 1983-1987 Audi 90 B4 with front-wheel drive, and it is also listed for the 1983-1987 Audi 80 in the same chassis.
Wheel fitment is the first check, since a 16.6 in rotor needs generous room inside the wheel. Compare the wheel barrel and spokes against the KSport template and confirm the car with the year, make and model checker. The system uses the factory master cylinder and ABS, and the factory handbrake will not operate once the new brakes are fitted.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.

12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
