The 16.6 in drilled Supercomp kit is the largest front option in this Audi 90 B4 family, built for owners who want the biggest rotor the car can carry. Eight-piston calipers of one-piece billet aluminum clamp two-piece cross-drilled rotors, and the floating rotor design is said to self-center inside the caliper for smoother, more even pad contact.
Cross-drilled rotors are the daily-driving pick in the series, running cooler through commuting and still ready for an occasional spirited drive. The kit carries SC5 street pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines and CNC-machined carbon steel brackets that bolt to the original caliper bracket location. Fitment is listed for the 1983-1987 Audi 90 B4 with front-wheel drive, and the kit is also listed for the 1983-1987 Audi 80 in the same chassis.
Because the rotor is so large, measure your wheel barrel and spokes against the KSport template before buying, and run the year, make and model checker to be sure of the car. The system works with the factory master cylinder and ABS, but the factory handbrake will not function, so decide on a parking solution before the first drive.

Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
