Product details
Slotted Procomp front kit brings eight-piston calipers to the 1983-1987 Audi 90 B4 in a configuration aimed at drivers who want the brakes ready for repeated firm stops. Two 13 in two-piece slotted rotors with aluminum center bells sit behind the billet aluminum calipers, and the slots give the friction faces a way to clear gas and debris.
Slotted rotors are the choice for owners who push the car harder than the average commute, and the matching SC1 street pads are included so the system is usable on the road from day one. Stainless-steel braided brake lines and CNC-machined caliper mounting brackets with hardware complete the set. The kit is also listed for the 1983-1987 Audi 80 in the same chassis and drivetrain.
Use the configurator above to select caliper finish, pads and any center bell upgrade, since those choices are saved with the order. Because the rotor is 330 mm across, check the wheel clearance planning rule, which calls for a 17 in or larger wheel with about 4 in over the rotor. The system bolts into the factory master cylinder and ABS, and the factory handbrake will not work once the new brakes are installed.
Supported features
Lightweight 6-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in front systems; 8-pot calipers on 13 in and 14 in. The opposed-piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM.
Lightweight 2-pot aluminum calipers are standard on 11 in and 12 in rear kits; 4-pot on 13 in and 14 in systems.
Two-piece rotors provide light weight, fade-free performance and grip on the track with comfortable, easy operation under normal driving.
CNC-machined carbon steel brackets let the larger calipers bolt to the OEM caliper bracket location.
Cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily-driven vehicles; slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use.
NAOC ceramic street pads (194–1022°F operating range) reduce dust and rotor wear; DOT-compliant stainless braided lines resist expansion for a firmer, quicker pedal.
Standard painted orange, red, black, and yellow; premium high-polish silver, gold, and titanium; glassy and hard-anodized finishes; over 20,000 custom colors on request.

Choices for this kit
This part number ships with slotted rotors. Slotted suits track use; the cross-drilled version of this kit suits daily driving. Both versions are listed on the Procomp page.
Painted KSport orange, race red, caution yellow or jet black at no extra charge. Premium high-polish, glassy and hard-anodized finishes cost extra.
Street pads are standard; race pads, titanium or twin-colour anodized center bells are optional upgrades.
Choose the caliper finish, pads and center-bell configuration above. Every selection and any extra charge is shown before Add to Cart and saved with the order. Contact KSport for a custom color quote.
Installation
Bolt-on installation with the supplied brackets; no vehicle modification on most applications. After fitting, bed the pads in: on a clear road, ten light-to-medium stops from 30–45 mph, three seconds each, at least a quarter mile apart. Some noise before the brakes warm up is normal for big brake kits.
Brake system support and bed-in procedureWarranty & service
12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Racing use, exterior finish and improperly installed or modified parts are not covered; keep your original invoice for any claim. Small surface cracks on cross-drilled rotors are normal wear and not a defect. Replacement pads, rotors, lines and hardware are sold individually.
