Autoline Industries is seeking an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to play a key role in our companies’ success. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is a team player, results focused, and has a strong drive for continual improvement.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As the Office Administrator you will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks and work cross departmentally to ensure business operations run smoothly. You will also enhance the organization’s talent and culture through various HR functions. Our ideal candidate is reliable, organized and a self-starter who will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations
  • Responsible for management of the building, including management of repairs, tenant issues, etc.
  • Address and manage HR related tasks including but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, termination procedures, payroll changes/discrepancies and time clock in/out adjustments.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of relevant office supplies and ensures common areas are well stocked
  • Establish and maintain effective filing system
  • Follows existing office workflow procedures and implements new systems to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist with bookkeeping functions as needed
  • Plan and manage travel-related meetings and conferences
  • Screen phone calls
  • Recognize and proactively manage potential problems (team member, customer, facility, etc.) and escalate to next level as necessary
  • General office duties and departmental support as needed
  • Ensures company culture and values are upheld, always

  • 1+ years of experience with office administration or similar role
  • You have a base knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • You’re comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • You possess excellent time management skills
  • You pay attention to details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time
  • You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
  • You have the skill to anticipate needs of the company and executive team
  • You are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and can quickly change gears as needed
  • You volunteer for special projects and to assist keeping others on task and organized while keeping the office running

  • You have a demonstrated ability to problem solve and critical thinking skills
  • You are competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus

  • Ability to occasionally work past normal hours during the week and potentially weekends as needed
