Full Job Description

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations
  • Responsible for management of the building, including management of repairs, tenant issues, etc.
  • Address and manage HR related tasks including but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, termination procedures, payroll changes/discrepancies and time clock in/out adjustments.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of relevant office supplies and ensures common areas are well stocked
  • Establish and maintain effective filing system
  • Follows existing office workflow procedures and implements new systems to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist with bookkeeping functions as needed
  • Plan and manage travel-related meetings and conferences
  • Screen phone calls
  • Recognize and proactively manage potential problems (team member, customer, facility, etc.) and escalate to next level as necessary
  • General office duties and departmental support as needed
  • Ensures company culture and values are upheld, always

What you bring to the table

  • 1+ years of experience with office administration or similar role
  • You have a base knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • You’re comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • You possess excellent time management skills
  • You pay attention to details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time
  • You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
  • You have the skill to anticipate needs of the company and executive team
  • You are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and can quickly change gears as needed
  • You volunteer for special projects and to assist keeping others on task and organized while keeping the office running

  • You have a demonstrated ability to problem solve and critical thinking skills
  • You are competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus

  • Ability to occasionally work past normal hours during the week and potentially weekends as needed
