What Your Day Might Look Like
- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations
- Responsible for management of the building, including management of repairs, tenant issues, etc.
- Address and manage HR related tasks including but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, termination procedures, payroll changes/discrepancies and time clock in/out adjustments.
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures.
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of relevant office supplies and ensures common areas are well stocked
- Establish and maintain effective filing system
- Follows existing office workflow procedures and implements new systems to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist with bookkeeping functions as needed
- Plan and manage travel-related meetings and conferences
- Recognize and proactively manage potential problems (team member, customer, facility, etc.) and escalate to next level as necessary
- General office duties and departmental support as needed

What you bring to the table
- 1+ years of experience with office administration or similar role
- You have a base knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- You possess excellent time management skills
- You pay attention to details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time
- You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
- You have the skill to anticipate needs of the company and executive team
- You are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and can quickly change gears as needed
- You volunteer for special projects and to assist keeping others on task and organized while keeping the office running

- You have a demonstrated ability to problem solve and critical thinking skills
- You are competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus
