We are looking for an organized Marketing Managerto assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Marketing Managersresponsibilities include working with the sales department in generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.

The Marketing department represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. To be a successful Marketing Professional, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across teams to assist with the creation of marketing content
  • Edit and push content on social mediachannels
  • Blogs, articles and content creation
  • Build email marketing campaignsand send to target segments
  • Write and distribute press releases
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing emails and drip campaigns
  • Facebook/Instagram ad creating and oversight
  • Prepareand interpret analytics of marketing effectiveness
  • Create and act on overall marketing strategiesfor B2B and B2C segments
  • Fine tune marketing and ad spendbased on results
  • Tracking and reporting of marketing and activities
  • Schedule conventions and business group activities and achieve personal revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain leadsfrom marketing
  • Transition leads from marketing to sales based on segment
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop and analyze key marketing metrics
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with external organizations to promote the brand
  • Monitor and act on digital marketingmetrics and direct SEO team
  • Work collaboratively across teams to assist with the creation of marketing content

Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred but not required
  • Marketing experience (2+ years)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Sharepoint)
  • Must be able to read and interpret business records and statistical reports.
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful growth metrics

  • Strong writing skills to elevate the company brands in a content driven marketplace
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with the owner and employees
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

  • The ability to leave feelings out of work-based decisions and conversations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Photography and Photoshop skills to be able to take and edit content
  • Basic web development understanding, to work with our developers
  • Self-starter able to drive towards goals and manage time effectively
  • Able to work in a collaborative and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Highly developed organizational, time management, presentation, and planning skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude
