Full Job Description

Autoline Industries is looking to hire an eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist to ensure all orders submitted throughout online marketplaces are processed accurately and efficiently. The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist is an incredibly important role here at Autoline Industries as you will work closely with our sales and customer service team to ensure customers are provided with exceptional service and support.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As a successful hire, you will use your knowledge and attention to detail to maximize success across all eCommerce channels. The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist has several responsibilities that are vital to the company’s success, and will:

  • Receive, verify, and validate all new orders received through online marketplaces including company managed retail websites, Amazon, and eBay
  • Answer customer inquiries via eCommerce channels
  • Create invoices, credit memos, sales orders and more using Sage 50 ERP software
  • Identify and resolve fulfilment issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order revisions or delays
  • Ensure inventory is updated daily
  • Add, remove, or update product listings as needed
  • Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate response
  • Monitor analytics for each marketplace and provide management with metrics, issues, or suggestions for improvement weekly
  • Provide feedback to management for future channel or process enhancements
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to assist with maintaining accurate records and product information
  • Troubleshoot billing, shipping, or product issues
  • Understand company products and brands
  • Assist with sourcing products for ecommerce platforms
  • Optimize listings

Qualifications and Skills

To be chosen for this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, thrive off working in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has two (1) or more years of eCommerce experience, and is self-motivated to complete tasks accurately and efficiently on a deadline with little supervision.

  • Experience with WooCommerce, Amazon, and/or eBay a plus
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • You’re comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • You possess excellent time management skills
  • You pay attention to details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time
  • You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.

  • You are competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus

Hours and Benefits

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm at our warehouse in Mesa, Arizona. Some nights and weekends may be required occasionally.
