Full Job Description
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Receive, verify, and validate all new orders received through online marketplaces including company managed retail websites, Amazon, and eBay
- Answer customer inquiries via eCommerce channels
- Create invoices, credit memos, sales orders and more using Sage 50 ERP software
- Identify and resolve fulfilment issues
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order revisions or delays
- Ensure inventory is updated daily
- Add, remove, or update product listings as needed
- Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate response
- Monitor analytics for each marketplace and provide management with metrics, issues, or suggestions for improvement weekly
- Provide feedback to management for future channel or process enhancements
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to assist with maintaining accurate records and product information
- Troubleshoot billing, shipping, or product issues
- Understand company products and brands
- Assist with sourcing products for ecommerce platforms
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce, Amazon, and/or eBay a plus
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- You possess excellent time management skills
- You pay attention to details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time

- You are competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint and Teams a plus
