Ksport Affiliate Program Terms

Commission

• You earn 6% of the product subtotal after discounts on each qualifying order — shipping and tax are excluded from the commissionable amount.

Referral window

• A referral is credited on a 30-day last-click cookie: whoever's link was clicked most recently, within 30 days of the order, gets the credit.

When a commission becomes payable

• A commission matures 30 days after the order ships. Before that, it is pending. A refund, cancellation, or chargeback before maturity reverses the commission proportionally. A reversal that lands after the commission has already been paid is deducted from your next payout balance instead.

Payout

• Payouts run monthly by PayPal, once your matured, eligible balance is at least $50. A balance below $50 carries forward to the next month — it is never paid partially or dropped.

What doesn't earn commission

• Self-referrals (purchases you make on your own link).
• Purchases by KSport employees.
• Dealer or wholesale purchases.

Program rules

• No coupon distribution. You may not create or distribute coupon codes for KSport products.
• No bidding on the KSport brand. You may not bid on "KSport" or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising.
• No customer discount is attached to your links. Your referral link does not give the buyer a discount — it only credits you as the referring affiliate.

Termination and abuse

KSport USA may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program, and withhold or reverse associated commissions, for abuse of these terms — including but not limited to self-referral, coupon distribution, brand bidding, or fraudulent referral activity. Applications are reviewed and approved individually; approval is at KSport's discretion.
