Manufacturing Process
Our team of engineers invest substantial time in research and development to constantly improve our products and ensure they are produced with the highest quality materials. Accommodated in our 10,000 square foot space are computer numerical machines which produce 90 percent of what we manufacture. Ksport currently maintains a substantial list of over 1,200 applications. This number increases monthly. Â

Each part is milled and produced by state of the art CNC machines
Sophisticated CNC machines are used throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality of every part
Lower mounts are CNC machined to exact specs every time
Spring perches and locking collars start out as long pieces of aluminum
Aluminum stock for the center bells to our brake kits
All steel lower mounts are machine welded for consistency and accuracy
