The Ksport Kontrol Plus 2-Way adjustable coilover system provides the ultimate in adjustability for enthusiasts and professionals seeking the maximum in performance and durability. With years of engineering, testing and development, this system has been perfected in virtually every facet of motorsports, ranging from drifting to time attack or circuit driving. The key component to these coilovers is the utilization of remote reservoirs that provide separate adjustments for rebound and compression, as well as nitrogen gas pressure. With over 864 possible settings the Kontrol Plus 2-Way Coilovers provide the ultimate in suspension performance.
36 WAY ADJUSTABLE DAMPING
All Ksport coilovers offer 36 levels of damping which allow you the ability to perfectly dial in your coilover kit. Kontrol Plus 2-Way coilovers offer 36 levels of damping adjustment via the top of the assembly and an additional 24 levels of nitrogen adjustments via the bottom of the reservoir.
60-150% HARDER DAMPING SETTING
Kontrol Plus 2-Way adjustable coilover systems feature 2-3 KG stiffer spring rates along with 60-150% stiffer damping than our popular Kontrol Pro kit.
EXTERNAL RESERVOIR
Kontrol Plus damper kits come standard with external reservoirs which allow adjustment of rebound, compression and nitrogen pressure independently. With 864 possible settings, it is possible to leave no stone unturned in the quest for ultimate performance for your vehicles suspension kit.
MONOTUBE HIGH PRESSURE DESIGN
Our adjustable coilovers use a Monotube design, with oil and gas separated within the cylinder. When compared to twin tube construction, the Monotube design dissipates heat faster and more evenly and allows for finer damping adjustments. Aeration and cavitation issues are a lot less common in a Monotube design, resulting in a more consistent ride quality.
ADVANCED PILLOWBALL MOUNTS
Standard issue on MacPherson type vehicles are our advanced pillowball mounts which allow camber and caster adjustment for fine tuning your alignment specs. These mounts replace the stock rubber or plastic mounts to reduce flex and improve performance.Â
ADJUSTABLE LOWER MOUNT
AEROSPACE QUALITY ALUMINUM
Most pieces in the system including mounts, collars and spring perches are designed from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum resulting in lightweight, durable and rust resistant components. Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to resist rust and protect from the elements and kits include an anti-rust paste packet that can be applied to key areas of the coilover for added protection.
CAMBER ADJUSTMENT
Many of our applications that have pillowball upper mounts also have camber adjustability. This is extremely helpful when you need to dial in your camber for vehicle alignment purposes. This also eliminates the need for a separate camber kit.
