What is the return policy?
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returns must have a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued by a Ksport USA staff member, if not they will be refused. All items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Any product that has been installed is not returnable, no exceptions. Special order items are not returnable, no exceptions. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on replacement part availability will determine if we can complete the service or if you will have to upgrade to newer parts at a discounted rate.
I bought my coilovers or brake system used, is the warranty transferrable?
Unfortunately a warranty cannot be transferred between different buyers.
